Product Overview The MAX3181EUK+T is an 1.5Mbps RS232 receiver in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This RS232 receiver is used in space and cost constrained applications requiring minimal RS232 communications. This device minimizes power and heat dissipation by consuming less supply current. The device features a complementary INVALID output that indicates valid RS232 signals at the receiver input for applications requiring automatic system wakeup.
