EEPROM, 64 Kbit, 8K x 8bit, Serial I2C (2-Wire), 400 kHz, SOIC, 8 Pins Product Overview The M24LR64E-RMN6T/2 is a dynamic NFC/RFID Tag IC with a dual-interface and 64kb electrically erasable programmable memory (EEPROM). It features an I²C interface and can be operated from a VCC power supply. It is also a contactless memory powered by the received carrier electromagnetic wave. The IC is organized as 8192 x 8-bit in the I²C mode and as 2048 x 32-bit in the ISO 15693 and ISO 18000-3 mode 1 RF mode. It also features an energy harvesting analogue output, as well as a user configurable digital output pin toggling during either RF write in progress or RF busy mode.
