It features special design for positioning monolithic chips capacitors, grooved tips. This tweezer provides smooth handling and positioning of all SMD components, it has satin antiglare finish and ergonomic design. It contains from 16.5 to 18.5 wt% chromium and has important quantities of nickel and molybdenum as additional alloying elements. This SMD tweezer is generally used where corrosion resistance and toughness are primary requirements. Typical applications include tweezer for the electronic industry, watch-makers, jewellers and laboratory, microscopy, clean rooms, circuit board repair and rework and medical applications in moderately aggressive chemical environments. - Overall length is 4 3 - 4" (120mm), straight, grooved tip - Low carbon austenitic steel (material number 1.4435, DIN X2CrNiMo18-14-3, AISI number 316L) - Non-magnetizable - Good corrosion resistance to most chemicals, salts and acids - Annealed state, 8.0g - cm³ density, <=215 hardness HB30, 79 hardness rockwell B - 500 to 700Mpa tensile strength (ultimate), 290 tensile strength (yield), <=200Mpa 0.2% yield stress - 40% elongation, break and 200Gpa modulus of elasticity - Specific heat capacity is 0.50J - (g·K), thermal conductivity is 15W - (m·K) - Continues use temperature is 350°C and maximum service temperature is 925°C - Resistivity is 0.75 E-4 ohm.cm
