Texas Instruments (AM26LV31CD .) Differential Driver RS422, Low Voltage
Product Overview The AM26LV31CD is a quadruple low-voltage high-speed differential Line Driver with 3-state outputs. It is designed to be similar to TIA/EIA-422-B and ITU recommendation V.11 drivers with reduced supply-voltage range. The device is optimized for balanced-bus transmission at switching rates up to 32MHz. The outputs have very high current capability for driving balanced lines such as twisted-pair transmission lines and provide a high impedance in the power-OFF condition. The enable function is common to all four drivers and offers the choice of active-high or active-low enable inputs. The AM26LV31C is designed using Texas Instruments proprietary LinIMPACT-C60™ technology, facilitating ultra-low power consumption without sacrificing speed Accept 5V logic inputs with 3.3V supply Low-voltage pin-to-Pin-compatible replacement for AM26C31, AM26LS31 and MB571 High output impedance in power-OFF condition Driver output short-circuit protection Switching rate up to 32MHz Ultra-low power dissipation - DC, 0.3mW maximum and 32MHz all channels (no load), 385mW typical 8ns Typical propagation delay time 500ps Typical pulse skew time ±30mA High output-drive current 3ns Typical controlled rise and fall time 1.5V Typical differential output voltage with 100R load Green product and no Sb/BrApplications Signal Processing Product Information Device Type: Differential IC Interface Type: RS422 No. of Drivers: 4Drivers Supply Voltage Min: 3V Supply Voltage Max: 3.6V Driver Case Style: SOIC No. of Pins: 16Pins Operating Temperature Min: 0°C Operating Temperature Max: 70°C Product Range: - Automotive Qualification Standard: - MSL: MSL 1 - Unlimited
