Product Overview The BU9797FUV-ME2 is a standard LCD segment driver in 48 pin TSSOP package. The BU9797FUV-ME2 is 1/4 duty standard LCD driver can drive upto 144 segments. It does not require any external components and has a low power consumption design. Typical applications include telephone, FAX, portable equipment (POS, ECR, PDA), DSC, DVC, car audio, home electrical appliance and meter equipment.
