Product Information Silicon Manufacturer: - Accessory Type: Gravity VL53L0X ToF Laser Range Finder Core Architecture: - Core Sub-Architecture: - Silicon Core Number: VL53L0X Silicon Family Name: - For Use With: Arduino UNO Control Board Kit Contents: Gravity VL53L0X ToF Laser Range Finder x1, Gravity I2C/UART Sensor Cable (30cm) Product Range: Gravity Series Product Overview SEN0245 is a Gravity: VL53L0X ToF high precision distance sensor module/board (30 to 2000mm range) based on new ToF principle. The VL53L0X laser range finder is a high-precision distance sensor that based on new ToF principle. VL53L0X provides accurate distance measurement whatever the target reflection unlike traditional technology. It can measure absolute distances up to 2m. DFRobot has introduced VL53L0X into Gravity Series. It provides Gravity-I2C interface, plug and play and is compatible with more microcontrollers, and adapt to more application scenarios than others. The VL53L0X integrates a leading-edge SPAD array and embeds ST’s second generation FlightSense™ patented technology. The VL53L0X's 940nm VCSEL emitter (vertical cavity surface emitting laser) is totally invisible to the human eye, coupled with internal physical infrared filters, it enables longer ranging distance, higher immunity to ambient light and better robustness to cover-glass optical cross-talk. Power supply range from 3.3 to 5V DC Operating voltage of 2.8V FOV is 25°, ranging accuracy is ±3% Sampling time is = 30ms Operating temperature range from -20 to 70°C Power consumption is only 20mW in normal operation mode, stand-by power consumption is 5µA Product size is 20 x 22mm
