Voltage Reference Shunt - Fixed, 4.096V reference, ± 30ppm/°C, SOT-23-3 Product Overview The LM4040AIM3-4.1+T is an improved precision micropower shunt voltage reference in 3 pin SOT-23 package. This two terminal shunt mode band gap voltage reference is ideal for space critical applications. The laser trimmed resistors ensure precise initial accuracy of 0.1% with ±30ppm/°C temperature coefficient (IR = 10mA). The LM4040A has 50µA minimum shunt operating current capability with low dynamic impedance which ensures stable reverse breakdown voltage accuracy over a wide range of operating temperatures and currents. This device does not require an external stabilizing capacitor while ensuring stability with any capacitive load.
