Analog Devices (MAX4372TEUK+T) Current Sense Amplifier, High Side
Current Sense Amplifier, High Side, Micropower, 1 Amplifier, 2 µA, SOT-23, 5 Pins, -40 °C, 85 °C Product Overview The MAX4372TEUK+T is a low cost, micropower, high side current sense amplifier with voltage output in 5 pin SOT-23 package. The high side current monitoring is especially useful in battery powered systems since it does not interfere with the ground path of the battery charger. The input common mode range of 0 to 28V is independent of the supply voltage and ensures that current-sense feedback remains viable even when connected to a 2-cell battery pack in deep discharge. This device operates from a single supply and consumes only 30µA supply current. It has a voltage output that eliminates the need for gain setting resistors and device offers a high level of integration and flexibility which is ideal for applications where battery/DC current monitoring is critical. Supply voltage range is 2.7V to 28V Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C Low cost, compact current sense solution Full scale accuracy is 0.18% Input offset voltage is 0.3mV Low output impedance of 1.5ohm Gain of current sense amplifier is 20V/V Common mode rejection is 85dB, power supply rejection is 85dB 275KHz of -3dB bandwidth at VSENSE = 20mV, gain = 20V/V Capacitive load stability is 1000pF Applications Sensing & Instrumentation, Signal Processing, Industrial, Portable Devices Product Information No. of Amplifiers: 1 Amplifier Input Bias Current: 2µA Amplifier Case Style: SOT-23 No. of Pins: 5Pins Operating Temperature Min: -40°C Operating Temperature Max: 85°C Bandwidth: 275kHz Supply Voltage Min: 2.7V Supply Voltage Max: 28V Input Offset Voltage: 300µV CMRR: 85dB MSL: MSL 1 - Unlimited
