Analogue Switch, Logic Compatible, 4 Channels, SPST - NO, 25 ohm, 4.5V to 36V, ± 4.5V to ± 20V Product Overview The MAX313LEUE+ is a quad, +3V logic compatible SPST analogue switch in 16 pin TSSOP package. This switch is +3V logic compatible when powered from ±15V or +12V supplies. It conducts equally well in either direction and offers low leakage over temperature (2.5nA at +85°C). It is used in test equipment, audio signal routing, data acquisition systems, PBX systems, PABX systems, xDSL modems, sample and hold circuits.
