Battery Charger for 1 Cell of Li-Ion, Li-Pol battery, 16.5V input, 4.2V / 1A charge, SON-10 Product Overview The BQ24012DRCR is a highly integrated Li-ion and Li-polymer Linear Charge Management Device targeted at space limited portable applications. The bqTINY™ series offer integrated powerFET and current sensor, reverse blocking protection, high accuracy current and voltage regulation, charge status and charge termination, in a small package. The bqTINY™ charges the battery in three phases: conditioning, constant current and constant voltage. Charge is terminated based on minimum current. An internal charge timer provides a backup safety feature for charge termination. It automatically restarts the charge if the battery voltage falls below an internal threshold. The bqTINY™ automatically enters sleep mode when VCC supply is removed. In addition to the standard features, different versions of the bqTINY™ offer a multitude of additional features. Reverse leakage protection prevents battery drainage Integrated current and voltage regulation ±0.5% Voltage regulation accuracy Charge termination by minimum current and time Pre-charge conditioning with safety timer Battery insertion and removal detection Works with regulated and unregulated supplies Short-circuit protection Green product and no Sb/Br Applications Consumer Electronics, Portable Devices, Audio, Communications & Networking Product Information Battery Type: Li-Ion, Li-Pol Input Voltage: 16.5V Battery Charge Voltage: 4.2V Charge Current Max: 1A Battery IC Case Style: SON No. of Pins: 10Pins No. of Series Cells: 1 Operating Temperature Min: -40°C Operating Temperature Max: 125°C MSL: MSL 2 - 1 year
