Supervisory Circuit, Active-Low Reset, 1.2V-5.5Vin, SOT-23-3 Product Overview The MAX809SEUR+T is a three pin microprocessor supervisory circuit in SOT-23 package. This device is used to monitor power supplies in microprocessor and digital systems. It provides excellent circuit reliability and low cost by eliminating external components and adjustments when used with +5V, +3.3V, +3V or +2.5V powered circuits. The MAX809S performs a single function. It asserts reset signal whenever VCC supply voltage declines below preset threshold keeping it asserted for 140ms after VCC has risen above reset threshold.
