Fixed LDO Voltage Regulator, 2.7 V to 5.5 V, 220 mV Dropout, 3.3 V / 1 A out, SOT-223-6 Product Overview The TPS79633DCQR is a 3.3V fixed output low-power low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator features high power-supply rejection ratio (PSRR), ultralow-noise, fast start-up and excellent line and load transient responses. The device is stable with a small 1µF ceramic capacitor on the output. The device uses an advanced, proprietary BiCMOS fabrication process to yield extremely low-dropout (LDO) voltages. The device achieves fast start-up times while consuming very low quiescent current. Moreover, when the device is placed in standby mode, the supply current is reduced to less than 1µA.
