Product Overview The BD6211F-E2 is a single channel DC brush motor driver in 8 pin SOP package. This highly efficient H-bridge driver is used for low power consumption designs. The MOS transistors in output stage allow PWM speed control. The integrated VREF voltage control function allows direct replacement of discontinued motor driver ICs.
