Analogue to Digital Converter, 12 bit, 300 kSPS, Single Ended, SPI, Single, 4.75 V Product Overview The MAX11626EEE+ is a 12bit analogue to digital converter (ADC) with FIFO and internal reference in 16 pin QSOP package. This device has on-chip FIFO, scan mode, internal clock mode, internal averaging and AutoShutdown function. The MAX11626 has four input channels and maximum sampling rate is 300Ksps using an external clock. It includes 10MHz SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE compatible serial port. This ADC is used in system supervision, data acquisition systems and data logging systems.
