With the supporting Simplicity Studio suite of tools, developers can take advantage of graphical wireless application development, BGScript for Python-like scripting and visual energy profiling and optimization. The board also serves as an RF reference design. The board contains a Blue Gecko wireless system on chip 2.4GHz and optimized for operation with 10dBm output power. With the on-board printed antenna and RF connector enables radiated and conducted testing.
